These terms apply to every order placed on pollyinterior.com. Please read them before you order. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country gives you.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and some images show products in styled or illustrated settings. Dimensions, materials and care instructions are listed on each product page. Please use our products, in particular the Wearable Heated Blanket and its electrical components, as described in the instructions supplied with them.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros by default and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is free. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes on arrival, which aren't included in our prices. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.

4. Your order and our contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. After you order, we send you an email confirming that we've received it. Our contract with you is concluded when we send that order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, we'll contact you and, if the order can't go ahead, refund any amount you've paid in full.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide. We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Full details are in our Shipping policy. The goods become your responsibility once they've been delivered to you or to a person you've named.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example an email to info@pollyinterior.com. You can also use the model form below, but you don't have to. Returns are free of charge. We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs, using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we've received the goods back. Please return goods unused and in their original packaging. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what's necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Every product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty or doesn't match its description, you're entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or, where that isn't possible, to a price reduction or a refund. For consumers in Spain, the legal guarantee lasts three years from delivery. Customers in other countries benefit from the legal guarantee that applies there. Any additional warranty we offer applies on top of these rights and never limits them. If something is wrong with your order, email info@pollyinterior.com with your order number and photos.

8. Liability

We're liable in accordance with the law. We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that can't be excluded or limited by law. Beyond that, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable when the contract was concluded.

9. Website content

All texts, images and designs on this website belong to Polly Interior or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your home country. If you have a complaint, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.
