Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Condition of returned items
Please send items back unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. Items that show signs of use, or damage we didn't cause, may not qualify for a full refund.
How to return an item
- Email info@pollyinterior.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We confirm your return and send you the next steps.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
Return shipping
Returns are free: you won't pay anything to send an item back to us.
Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait with the refund until the item has arrived back with us. You'll get an email as soon as the refund is on its way.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email info@pollyinterior.com within 14 days with photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you'd like a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
